Spring is here ...

Well, we have had a very busy couple of days - and get ready because there are alot of pictures to post of our festivities.  We missed gymnastics Tuesday and Thursday of this week so we decided to go to the Friday morning class ... oh my, there were so many children!  We normally have 5-6 children in our class and that includes Ian and Bonner - this class had about 15 so it was crowded, but I got some great pictures of the kids enjoying themselves.  It was also a special treat because one of my friends was there with her little boy - so I got some adult time, too :-)

Bonner - our little gymnast - trying to hang from the bars!

Ian's favorite part is when they bring out all the balls....

Well, he loves the balls until they bring out the bubbles ...

Bonner likes to chase the bubbles!

And then likes to "catch" one!

Towards the end, we sing a song and "play drums" with our hands on the mat ... Ian loves it!

And at the very end, we line up on the wall to get our hands stamp!

And like all good children, we like to get a stamp on our belly, too!

After gymnastics, we met Taylor and the twins that she keeps at the park.  The kids had so much swinging, see-sawing, and sliding!
I hope they will always enjoy playing with each other!  Look close at the grin on her face!!

This was their first see-saw experience and they loved it!!

Needless to say, after a full morning, they crashed hard and slept for over 3 hours!  We went to Aunt Taylor and Uncle Justin's for dinner and they enjoyed playing with Taylor's little doggie, Bella.  I forgot to take the camera which I know you are very sad about :-)

However, I did have the camera this morning when we headed to the clubhouse to participate in the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt.  It was great and both kids found some hidden eggs.
This is us when we arrived at the hunt ... we are waiting for them to say, "Ready, Set, Go!"

I was trying to "herd the cats" so I asked Bonner to give Ian a hug and she did just that!

And when she was done, she patted his back!  But I love the shadow even more!  It looks like they are holding hands :-)

And then we sat down to "count our loot"!

Bonner decided she wanted to clean out her basket, so she gave all of her eggs to Ian!

They were so good and had a good time!

We went over to our neighborhood playground after the hunt, and I snapped a few pics.  They loved the tunnel, of course!

If you notice in these pictures, Ian isn't crawling through the tunnel, he's scooting!  It took him a while, but he finally got to the end :-)

And, of course, Bonner got right through!

This week is Spring Break so no school for the kiddos!  Fortunately, alot of Stewart's family is coming back into town since they are out of school, too!  We have an Easter picture session planned for Tuesday - live bunnies and lambs :-)  Should be interesting!  Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
