Surviving

Surgery on Monday went well! I have a lot of pain, but from what I can tell so far, it will all be worth it. I went back to the doctor yesterday to have my dressings changed - uggg - definitely not a pleasant experience! I'm up & about a little today but I can't stand completely upright because of the girdle I'm wearing - I'm doing a great impersonation of the Hunchback of Notre Dame! I go back to the doctor on Friday & am praying she will take the drainage tubes out at that point - I know, TMI!

Thanks for your prayers & your meals! Such a blessing to have so many people praying for me! I still haven't seen the kids yet; maybe after their nap today but we'll see!
