FANTASTIC DAY!

Man, oh, man, what a beautiful day in Paradise?  It was a cool 85 degrees here on the Isle of Palms today and the kids ate it up.  As you can see the minute I mentioned "pool" this morning, Ian was ready to go :-)

However, Bonner was still eating her breakfast and wanted Ian to sit with her outside!

Once we ready to go, we started out back at the pool this morning - the pool temperature was 81 - aaahhh!  And the fountains were running today which the kids just loved!

At the end of our pool time, though, they just enjoyed sitting on the steps next to each other!

He looks ginormous sitting next to her ... but she's catching up with him ... FINALLY :-)

We came in from the pool and ate some lunch and laid down for what we thought was going to be a very long nap ... the kids had other plans, though.  After about an hour, Ian was awake and singing in his bed; Bonner wasn't too far behind him in being "AWAKE!"  Needless to say, we had to find some entertainment so we hit the beach to play in the sand and wah-wah!

Ian and Daddy took a little nap after the beach while Bonner and Mommy sat outside on the porch and talked :-)  She is hilarious!  We ate dinner at one of our favorite's, Boulevard Diner, and then went for a night-walk on the beach looking for crabs.  We didn't see one crab but the stars were well worth the adventure.  Of course, the kids just wanted their "flash-lights!"

Tomorrow is supposed to be another beautiful day in the sun ... and it's our last so we will try to make the most of it!  We'll keep you posted (ha!  No pun intended - in the blogging world, that is!)
