Our Day in the Sun

Oh man, what another FUN-tastic day?!  We headed out to the beach about 11:30 a.m. and stayed either at the beach or at the pool until almost 4 p.m.  It was great!  The pictures should give you a good idea of just how much fun we all had :-)

 I just love this picture ... just remember that objects in mirror may appear smaller than they are before you call DSS on me!

 We needed some water for our sand castle so Ian went "all by myself!"

 "I'm coming, Bonner!"

"Here you go, Bonner! I only spilled half of it!"

I told Ian that I brought his baseball hat and his sunglasses and he was all over them!  Do you think that this could be Mr. GQ in 20 years - ha!

 As I was packing up our stuff, the kids decided to take over the chairs and umbrella set up for someone else.  Ian told me he was playing the drums and Bonner thought the chairs were a slide!  So funny!  At least it gave me some free time to get the cart packed :-)

You can't tell from this picture, but she had the most precious smile on her face when I snapped this!

After being gone all day, we got baths and put on our pj's so we could play ... this is them on the porch and Ian giving his sister another big hug!  Oh my goodness, they love each other so much!
